Creativity and creation are key ingredients for a fulfilling life.

If you asked me what is one of the most important elements in our lives, you might think of love, career, health or family.

And all of these answers are correct.

But there is another element that is equally important and often overlooked - creativity and creation.

Imagine life as a color palette.

Love is red, family is blue, career is yellow and health is green.

But what is a palette without white, the most important color that gives depth and richness to all the other hues?

Perhaps creativity and creation are the very white that lights up the other colors and makes them sparkle.

Why should we pay so much attention to creativity and creation?

Without them, our lives become stereotyped and dull.

Creativity allows us to see the world from new angles, to explore the unknown regions of our minds and to enrich our everyday experiences.

Moreover, they play a key role in our personal and professional development.

Without creativity, we are like a ship without wind that cannot move forward.

Creativity is the wind that allows us to sail across the ocean of possibilities and seek new opportunities.

Creative activities such as painting, writing, making music or cooking can be therapeutic and help us better manage stress and anxiety.

We are all creative, but we don't always develop that creativity.

Perhaps because of fear of failure, or because we have forgotten how to create.

But creativity and creation can be developed like any other skill.

So creativity and creation are as important as love, career, health or family.

Without them, our lives are like food without salt - bland and tasteless.

Don't be afraid to create!

Don't be afraid to play!

Don't be afraid to be creative!

In a world that revolves around efficiency and effectiveness, the right to be creative is often lost.

While society dictates that we stay on the straight and narrow, I challenge you:

"Don't be afraid to be creative! Don't be afraid to play! Don't be afraid to be creative!"

Because creativity is what makes us human.

It is what gives us freedom, joy and meaning.
